Social workers and allied professionals are invigorated by the groundswell and focus on antiracism. However, within a clinical practice, managing the uncertainty, shame and conflict within our clients while simultaneously managing our own, can be challenging. This workshop will provide clinicians with tools to identify, embrace, and work through transference and counter transference when working with POC clients, families and communities as White and POC practitioners.
Prior to the workshop, please watch this free E- course to help set the stage
